Another Treasury

I was in another treasury on etsy last week - for those who aren't familiar, these are small collections edited by other etsy members based upon a theme of their choosing. Anyway - the theme was crochet items in black. I was also an alternate in a treasury about the color fuschia. Needless to say, I was very flattered.

Cellini Spiral Bracelet

This took a bit longer to make than I expected but I love the effect. The cellini spiral is a modification of peyote - the spiral is created in part by using three different sized beads. I am already planning other color combinations and considering alternative closures. I have seen some that are just finished as an endless circle, but I am leaning towards being able to open and close any bracelets I make. It seems all too easy to damage a bracelet by rolling it over your hand, but that's just my opinion.
